Emaar Properties is set to unveil a landmark AED 200 bn masterplanned destination in the heart of Dubai, redefining urban living at an unprecedented scale. Spanning over 4.5 million square metres, the development will bring together luxury residences, Grade-A offices, retail, hospitality, and cultural spaces within a fully integrated “city within a city” designed for around 150,000 residents.
